Shaping Bread

No Knead Bread Dough
Ingredients
3 c. lukewarm water (about 100ยบ F)
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
1 1/2 tbsp salt
6 1/2 c. all purpose flour

* for those of us without 1/2 tbsp measures .5 tbsp = 1.5 tsp

1/3 c. Honey

Mix with a hand mixer until the butter and honey are blended together
